Privacy policy

This policy explains what information is used when you visit fdzgames.com and the game sites at its subdomains (such as mob-runner.fdzgames.com), together "FDZ Games". FDZ Games is operated by FDZ Labs Inc. ("we", "us"). If you have any questions, email hello@fdzgames.com.

Summary

• We do not ask for your name, email or any account details to play.
• Your game progress is stored in your own browser, on your device.
• We show ads from Google, which may use cookies and similar technologies, including to personalise ads where you allow it.
• We do not use analytics tools at this time.

Information stored on your device

Our games save your progress (for example levels reached, in-game money and settings) using your browser's local storage. This data stays on your device. It is not sent to us, and we cannot see it. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's site data for fdzgames.com and its subdomains. Some games also let you export a save code, which contains only your game progress.

Advertising

FDZ Games is free because it shows ads. We use Google AdSense for ads on our pages and Google's H5 Games Ads (Ad Placement API) for ads at natural breaks inside games. Google and its partners are third-party vendors that use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads, measure their performance and prevent fraud.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you will be asked for consent before personalised ads or non-essential cookies are used, through a consent message provided by Google. You can change your choice at any time using the privacy settings link shown by that message. If you do not consent, Google may still show non-personalised ads, which use cookies only for purposes such as frequency capping and fraud prevention.

Hosting and server logs

Our sites are hosted on Cloudflare. When you load a page, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use this information to identify you. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Analytics

We do not currently use analytics or tracking tools of our own. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

Children

FDZ Games is a general-audience site and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our site, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the EU and UK GDPR and California law (CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to know what personal information is processed about you, to access, correct or delete it, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

We do not sell personal information we hold. Advertising cookies set by Google may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising under California law; you can opt out using the Google Ads Settings and aboutads.info links above, or by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser where supported. Because we keep no accounts or game data on our servers, most requests are best handled by clearing your browser's data for our sites and through Google's settings. Where GDPR applies, the legal bases we rely on are your consent (personalised advertising and non-essential cookies) and our legitimate interests (running, securing and improving the site, and showing non-personalised ads).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our sites or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
